1Apply for Coal Safety MA Mark by Batch

(1) Basic process

1) Submit materials to apply for coal safety labels to national institutions

2) National institutions assign tasks to designated laboratories

3) The laboratory sampled this batch of imported products and conducted tests according to relevant standards.

4) After passing the inspection, the batch of imported products will be inspected on site

5) After passing the inspection, the coal safety mark certificate will be issued

(2) Characteristics

1) Applying for coal safety labels for imported products in batches does not require on-site evaluation of production enterprises. Some traders and importers can apply on their own, and the cycle is short and the cost is relatively low.

2) The Coal Safety Mark is only applicable to this batch of imported products and has no expiration date.

2Production enterprises apply for the Coal Safety MA mark

(1) Basic process (basically the same as the process for domestic production enterprises to apply for coal safety labels)

1) Production enterprises submit materials to national institutions to apply for coal safety labels

2) National institutions assign tasks to designated laboratories

3) Provide samples to the designated laboratory for testing according to relevant standards.

4) After passing the inspection, conduct on-site evaluation of the production enterprise.

5) After passing the review, the coal safety certificate will be issued

(2) Characteristics

1) Foreign production enterprises apply for the Coal Safety MA mark from national institutions, and foreign production enterprises are the holders of the Coal Safety mark certificate

2) Due to the on-site evaluation of foreign production enterprises, which includes travel and accommodation expenses, the overall cost is relatively high and the cycle is also long.

3) Chinese materials must be provided

4) The validity period for applying for a coal safety label is the same as that for domestic products, which is 5 years.
