(2) Easy to cause secondary injury during venting: The venting plate is in powder form, without sharp edges, has a low weight, and is set in a direction where there is no personnel or equipment passing through, so it will not cause secondary injury.
(3) Good fire resistance: The explosion-proof wall is filled with A-grade rock wool, which has good fire insulation performance and a fire resistance limit of up to 4 hours.
(4) Wind pressure resistance: In the initial design plan, data such as external wall wind pressure and wall height will be combined to arrange purlins, keels, bolts, and pressure relief plates to ensure stability while achieving pressure relief function.
4、Application of Explosion Wall in Explosive Hazardous Areas
If an unexpected explosion occurs, a very strong impact pressure will be generated, and at the same time, the impact force will shatter some objects into fragments and scatter them in all directions. During the explosion process, it often causes huge losses to human and property due to the pressure impact and the impact of fragments. The application of blast walls is to quickly release some components in the building to relieve critical pressure, while also controlling the fragments of the explosion to a certain extent, greatly reducing the impact pressure and the harm caused by the fragments to the human body.
5Introduction to the installation process of explosion-proof walls
When constructing the explosion-proof wall, the axis should be positioned first, and then the skeleton should be filled with rock wool according to the keel frame. When applying the coating, the gaps in the bottom layer of the board should be filled first, and then a layer of elastic waterproof putty should be applied to the wall surface. Finally, a layer of fireproof coating should be applied.
At the beginning of the design, it is necessary to reserve openings for doors and windows. If the opening is large, a double dragon bone interlocking method can be used to enhance its strength. 4Introduction to the installation process of blast resistant walls
When installing blast resistant walls based on the original walls of the building, it is necessary to first design the density of the keel, fix the keel on the original walls of the building with expansion screws or chemical bolts, fix the blast resistant board inside and outside the keel with bolts and ropes, and fill rock wool between the inner and outer blast resistant boards to enhance fire resistance. The exterior of the blast resistant board should be coated with wall paint. If it is used as an exterior wall of a building, waterproof treatment or decoration should be added to the exterior wall.
